Special occasions call for special drinks. And guess what? They dont always have to include alcoholic! Heres a simple recipe for Ginger Pomegranate Virgin Mojito made with Ginger Tonica Kombucha. This recipe is so easy that you can even make it on a large scale for bigger parties.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup cranberry juice

1 cup pomegranate juice

1 bottle Ginger Tonica Kombucha

juice squeezed from one lime

5 mint sprigs

lime wedges for garnish

pomegranate seeds for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle the mint sprigs with the back of a spoon.
  2. Fill a pitcher partway with ice.
  3. Pour the juices and the Tonica Kombuchaover ice
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and pomegranate seeds.
