Tropics Food : Steamed Fish with Lime and Green Chillies

Ingredients

2 sea bass or sea bream

2 large green chillies

2 sticks lemongrass

4-5 sprigs coriander stalks and roots

1/2 tsp white peppercorns

1/5 tsp palm sugar

4 sprigs holy basil

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp garlic chives, finely chopped

1 lime, sliced

1 banana leaf
